Carpet Inspection

We begin by inspecting the areas you would like cleaned. Since there are 12 major carpet and rug fibers requiring 30 different cleaning solutions and methods, our IICRC certified technician will identify which is ideal for your carpet. That way your carpets will look and feel their best when we’re done. We’ll test any suspicious looking spots, stains and areas of special concern so you can know beforehand whether we’ll be able to completely remove them and what to expect. If there are any pet or odor issues we will advise you on how we can handle those.

Firm Price Quote

We’ll give you a firm, written price quote for the complete cleaning. There are no “hidden charges.” We don’t like unexpected charges, and we care too much about our clients to pull that on you. We have 3 cleaning packages you can choose from so you can pick which is best for you. If you’re a Gold Program member, you get additional discounts.

Our Process

Professional Vacuuming

We use a commercial grade Carpet & Rug Institute (CRI) certified  vacuum cleaner which is 9 times more powerful than what you can buy at the store. This removes dry, abrasive, gritty, fiber damaging soils. Studies have found (using XRF technology developed by NASA) that our pre-vacuuming boosts the soil removal of the actual hot water extraction by 15%-30%. So you get a cleaner, healthier carpet.

Pre-Treatment

Your carpets are treated with our natural, safe, CRI-approved cleaning agents to break down and suspend difficult soils prior to extraction.

Hot Water Extraction

Suspended soils, molds, dust mites, and allergens  are quickly flushed away out of your carpet and your home. Carpets are left clean, bright and fresh. The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) found this methodology cleans 1500% better than you can with regular home cleaning. Hot water extraction is also the method recommended by the major carpet manufacturers.

Speed Drying

While we’re cleaning, we set up commercial carpet drying fans to get carpets as dry as possible before we leave! Most carpets are dry within an hour, but some types may require a few additional hours drying time before use.

Final Finishing

We carefully set the pile of your carpet for maximum appearance and rapid drying. Your carpets will be left with a beautiful, finished look!

As you can see, our deep dirt extraction process is the most thorough professional cleaning  you can get. We take our time so your carpets will look their best, smell their cleanest and feel their softest. Your home will be cleaner, healthier and more attractive. And you will be thrilled.
